D C Books was started in the year 1974 by D C Kizhakemuri, one of the doyens of Indian publishing industry. Over the last 33 years we have published over 10000 titles belonging to various categories like Fiction, Children’s Literature, Poetry, Reference, Biography, Self Help, Yoga, Management, etc.  Now we publish almost 1000 titles a year including reprints. We are the first ISO certified publishers in India with a chain of 33 bookshops in  Kerala.

We gave the publishing industry in India a new direction by introducing innovative marketing schemes like book clubs, book fairs, prepublication offers, etc.

We represent the literature of Indian authors in major languages like Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil ,Marathi, English etc. We are also  representing  foreign authors, publishers and agencies to Indian market.
